Project Features: Anchor Health Properties, a national, full-service healthcare real estate development, management and acquisitions company focused solely on medical facilities, is pleased to announce the commencement of the development of the Center for Advanced Healthcare at Brownwood in partnership with The Villages� and located within The Villages� community in Central Florida, one of the fastest growing areas in the country. The project, a 285,000 square foot multispecialty building, is connected to a 150 room hotel and conference center including a spa, and Wolfgang Puck restaurant. The project is slated to break ground in early 2018 and will take approximately two years to construct.
