Project Features: Improvements of floors 2 - 7 of the CHS South Tower. Work includes the build-out of approximately 104,500 SF of open shell space. Each floor 2-7 shall have six lab modules and one center office area. Each center lab module will be constructed as office space; the other lab modules on each floor will provide lab support space including tissue culture rooms, procedure rooms, microscopy rooms, cold rooms, equipment rooms, computational laboratoriesand related lab support.

Our Scope: The major trade works are renovation and relocation of existing mechanical and mechanical piping systems. We had a scope of mechanical piping & duct layout generation as per schematic, 3D modelling, clash-co-ordination & clash free shop drawing of 5 to 7 floors.
